                           In the matter of : Kalyan Krishna Nandi .. petitioner.   
                              Mr. Kalyan Krishna Nandi (VC)                         
                                                …the petitioner (In person).        
                              Since the petitioner appearing in person seeks        
                         expeditious hearing of the issue of maintainability of the 
                         matter being C-572 of 2024 pending before the learned      
                         Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, the 
                         matter may be considered without service of notice upon    
                         the opposite parties.                                      
                              The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an    
                         order directing expeditious disposal of the matter.        
                              It appears that the issue of maintainability of the   
                         case  is pending  consideration before the learned         
                         Magistrate since 4th May, 2024. The learned Magistrate is  
                         directed to consider the said issue on the next date of    
                         hearing  fixed before him,  without granting any           
                         unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in       
                         accordance with law and pass a reasoned order within one   
                         month thereafter.

                              The revisional application being CRR 3772 of 2024     
                         is disposed of.                                            
                              Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied
                         for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite    
                         formalities.
