                              Learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner appears 
                        and submits that the matter has been disposed of finally by the
                        Trial Court and accordingly the present revision has now become
                        infructuous.                                                
                              The present revisional applications have been preferred
                        praying for quashing of the proceedings of NDPS Case No. 136 of
                        2017 under Section 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act read with Section
                        8(c) of the NDPS Act, pending before the learned Judge, Special
                        Court, NDPS Act, Nadia at Krishnagar.                       
                              On  the prayer of the learned Advocate-on-record for the
                        petitioners in both the revisions and considering the status of
                        the case as submitted, the present revisional applications have
                        now  become infructuous and are accordingly disposed of as  
                        ‘infructuous’.                                              
                              All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.
