                                    Mr. Kuntal Banerjee, learned Counsel appearing
                             on behalf of the petitioner on instruction submits that the
                             dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and as
                             such petitioner does not want to proceed further with the
                             present application.                                 
                                    In view of the aforesaid submission, C.O. 1738 of
                             2021 is dismissed for want of prosecution.           
                                    Interim order, if any, stands vacated.        
                                    There will be no order as to costs.           
                                    Let the written instruction produced in Court today
                             be kept with the record.
