                           Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept with   
                      the record.                                                   
                           Records of Basirhat Police Station Case No. 1314 of      
                      2019 dated 24.11.2019 reflect that learned Magistrate was     
                      fixing dates on close proximity initially of one month. All on a
                      sudden on February 2024, the learned Magistrate adjourned     
                      the matter for a period of six months.                        
                           Mr.  Mondal, learned advocate appearing for the          
                      petitioners submits that in case of one of the petitioners, the
                      travel document would expire in the month of April 2024 and   
                      in respect of other accused petitioner in the month of June   
                      2024.                                                         
                           The learned Magistrate is directed to either prepone     
                      the date prior to 24.04.2024 or in the alternative direct the 
                      police authorities to make arrangements for extending the     
                      travel documents of the petitioners. No further criminal      
                      cases should be registered for the petitioners staying beyond

                      the period of permission granted and all efforts be taken to  
                      extend the time period.                                       
                           The learned Magistrate would give protection in case     
                      he  is unable to deliver the judgement or complete the        
                      argument by April, 2024.                                      
                           With  the aforesaid observations, the revisional         
                      application being CRR 907 of 2024 is disposed of.             
                           Pending connected application, if any, is consequently   
                      disposed of.                                                  
                           All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of    
                      this order duly downloaded from the official website of this  
                      Court.                                                        
                           Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied
                      for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all      
                      requisite formalities.
