                                   1. Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that
                                     the petitioner complied with all formalities for
                                     taking a new electricity connection, but the   
                                     same has not been given.                       
                                   2. Learned counsel for the WBSEDCL submits       
                                     that already an electricity pole has been      
                                     erected for such purpose and connection shall  
                                     positively be given by April 8, 2024.          
                                   3. In such view of the matter, WPA No. 5901 of   
                                     2024  is disposed of by directing the          
                                     WBSEDCL   positively to give the electricity   
                                     connection to the petitioner on or before April
                                     8, 2024 by acting on the server copy of this   
                                     order.                                         
                                   4. There will be no order as to costs.

                                     if applied for, be made available to the parties
                                     upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
