                               1. This revisional application has been filed invoking
                                  the  jurisdiction under Article 227 of  the     
                                  Constitution of India with a prayer for expeditious
                                  disposal of the Title Suit No. 219 of 2008 pending
                                  before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st
                                  Court, Barasat, Noth 24 Parganas.               
                               2. Learned counsel appearing on  behalf of the     
                                  petitioner has submitted that the suit is pending
                                  since 2008 but learned Judge could not start    
                                  recording evidence yet.                         
                               3. Perused the record.                             
                               4. Nature of the prayer does not demand, in my     
                                  opinion, service of notice upon the opposite parties.
                                  Accordingly, the service upon the opposite parties is
                                  dispensed with.                                 
                               5. Given facts and circumstances, learned Trial Court
                                  is requested to dispose of the Title Suit being No.
                                  2019 of 2008 as expeditiously as possible without
                                  giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the
                                  parties save and except in extreme urgency.

                               6. Petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to
                                  the learned Trial Court as well as to the learned
                                  counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties.
                               7. With this observation and direction, the revisional
                                  application stands disposed of.                 
                               8. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this
                                  order duly downloaded from the official web site of
                                  this Court.                                     
                               9. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if
                                  applied for, be given to the parties on usual   
                                  undertakings.
