Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner
submits that certain further developments have come to the
notice of the petitioner, which might change the entire
complexion of the case.
In view of the same, the petitioner would not like to press
this application and if necessary, would file a fresh application
on appropriate averments and grounds.
On such prayer, the writ petition is dismissed as not
pressed.
