                              The present revision of the year 2019 has not been    
                        moved till date.                                            
                              The present revision of the year 2019 has been        
                        preferred against an order dated 08.02.2019 passed by the   
                        learned Judicial Magistrate, 10th Court, Alipore in Case No.
                        AC-905 of 2018 under Sections 12/23 of Protection of Women  
                        from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.                           
                              As none appears for the petitioner since the date of  
                        filing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
                              All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of.
                              Interim order, if any, stands vacated.                
                              Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial  
                        court for compliance  and to  proceed with  the trial       
                        expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
