The present revision has been moved praying for
expeditious disposal of an application under Order 39
Rule 4 of the Civil Procedure Code dated 15.09.2023.
It is submitted that till date the said application
has not been considered.
Considering the nature of the prayer in an
application under Order 39 Rule 4 of Civil Procedure
Code, the trial court is directed to make all endeavours
to dispose of the suit along with the application under
Order 39 Rule 4 as expeditiously as possible.
C.O. 4510 of 2024 stands disposed of.
Urgent Xerox certified copies of this order, if
applied for, shall be supplied to the learned counsel for
the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of
usual formalities.
