                                         Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with
                                    a direction that the respondent authorities/ more
                                    specifically the respondent no.3 shall dispose of the
                                    representation dated 18.12.2024 submitted by the
                                    petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of
                                    this order upon giving proper hearing to all the parties
