The State of West Bengal & Ors.
Mr. Binay Shaw …for the petitioner
                                  Mr. Dipanjan Datta, sr. adv.
                                  Mr. Sailendra Chakraborty
Mr. Samrat Pal …for the State
Affidavit of service filed in court be taken on
                             record.
The present writ petition has been preferred on the
grounds that the respondents have not considered the
representation of the petitioner dated December 19,
                             2024.
It is submitted by the respondents that though the
order of the civil court was being strictly obeyed, the
petitioner alleges that the same has been violated.
The said violation of the orders of the civil court is
to be addressed before the appropriate forum.
Admittedly, the village fair has already started and is due
to end on January 2, 2025. As such, the representation
of the petitioner has now become infructuous.
The State has filed two reports by two police
stations viz. one from the O.C, Ganganagar police station
and the other from I.C. Ranaghat police station; let them
                             be taken on record.

                                                  2
On perusal of the said reports and on hearing the
learned advocates for the parties, the writ petition is
disposed of with a direction that the petitioner is at
liberty to approach the civil court where the civil suit is
                             sub judice for appropriate relief.
All parties are to act on the server copy of this
order duly downloaded from the official website of this
                             court.
Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be
                             made available to the parties.
