State of West Bengal and Others
This matter has been appearing in the
                                   ‘Warning List’.
Both parties remain unrepresented nor is
any adjournment prayed for on their behalf even
                                   in the second call.
The writ petition has been pending since
2010. It is evident that the petitioner is not
interested in proceeding diligently with this

In view of the above, WPA No. 22591 of
                                   2010 stands dismissed for default.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
