                                1.   The Director, Central Finger Print Bureau, Dr. S.
                                Indira Sudha is virtually present before this Court.
                                2.   A report has been submitted indicating that the
                                finger print report in respect of 12 persons referred by
                                BSF, CISF and CRPF have been completed and sent to  
                                the concerned Organization. The said report of the  
                                Director, Central Finger Print Bureau filed in Court
                                today be kept with the record.                      
                                3.   This Court is satisfied with the compliance of 
                                this Court’s order dated 25th January, 2024.        
                                4.   It is expected that the finger print report sought
                                by the Authorities of the Central Government and    
                                specially the Armed Forces are sent as expeditiously as
                                possible in future.                                 
                                5.   The learned Additional Solicitor General has   
                                indicated to this Court that the BSF is in the process

                                of taking  further process for completing the       
                                recruitment process of the petitioners.             
                                6.   It is also expected that the recruitment process
                                of the petitioners is completed within a period of one
                                month from date.                                    
                                7.   With the aforesaid observations, the instant   
                                contempt application shall stand disposed of.       
                                8.   The personal presence of the Director, Central 
                                Finger Print Bureau, Dr. S. Indira Sudha is dispensed
                                with.                                               
                                9.   Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.     
                                10.  There will be no order as to costs.            
                                11.  All parties are directed to act on a server copy of
                                this order duly downloaded from the official website of
                                this Court.
