                              The report filed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th
                         Court, Purba Burdwan stated that the CR Case No.785 of 2008
                         was dismissed on 18th December, 2016 and a certified copy of
                         that order filed by the learned advocate for the petitioner be
                         kept on record.                                            
                              Under  such circumstances, the revisional application 
                         has become infructuous and, accordingly, disposed of.      
                              Copy  of the order be sent to the department for due  
                         compliance.
