In the matter of: Pinki Halder & Ors.
Mr. Sumanta Das …for the Petitioners
                      Mr. Anwara Hossain
                      Ms. Rafat Jahan
                                               … for the State
                      1. Victim was admitted in the hospital with the complaint of ingestion of
poison. Victim recorded a statement naming all the petitioners
before us as persons involved the incident of administering poison
                        to her.
                      2. Role of the petitioner requires investigations.
                      3. Enlarging any of the petitioners on anticipatory bail will be inimical to
                        such investigations.
                      4. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to
                        the petitioner.
                      5. The application for anticipatory bail, is thus, rejected.

                                                        (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
