2. The applicants’ learned Advocate seeks leave to
amend the review application to add certain more grounds in
support of the review petition.
3. We see no difficulty in allowing the application
hence it is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out
within one week.

4. The applicants seek to add the parties who were
present before this Court in writ petition in the capacity of
intervenors. Certainly they have a right to contest. Hence
