                       Mr Kamat, learned counsel for Respondent No.8 submits that 
               the offending structures have been demolished. Ms Sawant, learned  
               counsel for the Petitioner fairly states that the statement is correct. Ms
               Sawant  however, made  a  grievance of the boundary wall which     
               according to her is illegal and unauthorised.                      
               2.      Mr  P. A. Kamat, learned counsel appearing for the Panchayat
               submits that the Panchayat will look into the issue and  initiate  
               appropriate action in accordance with law. Nothing further survives in
