                    3    Learned Counsel for the complainant objects, however, he 
                    submits that reasonable cost may be imposed.                  
                    4    For the reasons stated in the application, Criminal Bail 
                    Application No. 3501 of 2022 stands restored, subject to costs of
                    Rs.1000/- to be paid to the High Court Legal Services Authority
                    within two weeks.
