                  1.   In terms of order dated 12th January 2024, learned counsel for
                  respondent no. 2 on instructions states that if a proper application
                  giving details with respect to the specific information required by the
                  petitioner is filed by him, respondent no. 2 is ready to supply the
                  information. She states that the application seeking information should
                  be filed in terms of Section 2(f) of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
                  2.   Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that in

                  view of the aforesaid statement, petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this
                  petition with liberty to file application in terms of Section 2(f) of the
                  Right to Information Act, 2005.                                 
                  3.   If such an application is filed, respondent no. 2 shall process the
                  application in accordance with law.                             
                  4.   Writ Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
