              1)        Learned APP  on  instructions from Police Sub-Inspector   
              Mr. Sonawane, attached to Powai Police Station, Mumbai, submitted that,
              after completion of investigation of the present crime, the Police have
              submitted chargesheet on 13th May 2019 in the 66th Metropolitan     
              Magistrate’s Court, Andheri, Mumbai and the same has been numbered as
              C.C. No.1437/PW/19.                                                 
              2)        In view thereof, the Petitioner is having alternate remedy under
              the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code before the trial Court.   
              3)        By reserving alternate remedy, Petition is disposed off.
