1) Mr. Choudhary, learned counsel for the Petitioners in Criminal
Writ Petition No.801 of 2018 on instructions submitted that, after completion

of investigation of the present crime, the Police had submitted ‘C Summary
Report’ in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Thane and same has
been accepted by trial Court.
2) In view thereof the present Petitions and Application for
quashing of C.R. No.132 of 2017 registered with Mira Road Police Station,
Thane, do not survive and are accordingly disposed off.
