Pursuant to the order dated 10/12/2024, Police
Constable Mr. Sunil Manikrao Solanke Bakkal No.289 executed
the warrant against the applicant, Amol Mohan Jadhav, and
produced him before the Court at 1.40 p.m. The accused has no
complaint against the Police Authority. He was taken into
custody.
2) The learned Counsel for the applicant has tendered
the present application for bail across the bar. The same is taken
on record.
3) The applicant has moved an application to release
him on bail. It appears that by order dated 20/02/2020, the
substantive sentence against the applicant was suspended, and
he was released on bail. It further appears that pursuant to the
order of issuance of a Non-Bailable Warrant dated 10/12/2024,
the Police executed the warrant and produced the accused before
the Court.
4) Considering that the applicant was on bail during
the pendency of the appeal and considered the sentence

imposed upon him, I deem it appropriate to release the applicant
on bail.
5) The application is allowed.
6) The applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR
Bond in the sum of Rs.15000/-.
7) The applicant is directed to furnish the surety of
the same amount before the learned trial Court on or before
20/01/2025 and submit the compliance report.
8) The registry is directed to register the present
application.
9) In view of the above terms, the application is
disposed of.
