                                   Heard   the  learned  Counsel  for   the       
                    petitioner/applicant. Perused the record.                     
                    2)         By  order dated 27/12/2024, the petitioner was     
                    directed to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- in this Court on or before  
                    31/12/2024. However, instead of depositing the said amount,   
                    learned Counsel for the applicant has tendered the Civil      
                    Application seeking to extend the time to deposit the said    
                    amount till 10/01/2025. Along with the present application, he
                    has provided the cheque number and details of the amount.     
                    Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submitted that today,
                    the petitioner is depositing the cheque, No. 793685 dated     
                    10/01/2025, amounting to Rs.5,00,000/- with the Registry.     
                    3)         Having considered the same, the time to deposit    
                    Rs.5,00,000/- is hereby extended until 10/01/2025. The        
                    petitioner is directed to deposit the cheque today itself in the
                    Court.

                    4)         If the petitioner fails to deposit the cheque or is
                    dishonoured, then the interim relief granted by this Court shall
                    stand vacated without further reference to the Court. It is made
                    clear that No further time will be extended.                  
                    5)         List the matter on 13/01/2025.                     
                    6)         Meanwhile, interim relief shall continue till the next
                    date.                                                         
                    7)         An authenticated copy of this order be supplied to 
                    the petitioner.
