                             been taken and during course of investigation names of
                             petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are dropped.                 
                             In view thereof, no further order can be passed in the
                             present petition.                                    
                             The writ petition is consigned to record.            
                             This, of course, is without prejudice to the rights of the
                             petitioner no. 1 to challenge the charge sheet or to take
                             appropriate available remedy as per law.             
                             The interim order, if any, stands vacated.
