                             1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned 
                             standing counsel for the  State and  Mr.  Patanjali  
                             Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the Nagar  Nigam,    
                             Ayodhya.                                             
                             2. By  means  of this petition, the petitioners seek 
                             compliance and  execution  of interim order dated    
                             23.05.2016 passed by a learned Single Judge in Writ C
                             No. 11543 of 2016.                                   
                             3. Writ petition is not maintainable for the said purpose. If
                             the aforesaid writ petition is pending an application can be
                             filed in the said proceedings or if the cause of action has
                             arisen recently within the limitation prescribed for 
                             instituting contempt proceedings that can be resorted to
                             or any other remedy which may be available but not a writ
                             petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
                             before the Division Bench.
