                Present petition has been filed for the following main relief(s):-
                    "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of Habeas Corpus
                    directing the opposite parties to produce the detenue/petitioner before
                    this Hon'ble court for recording the statement and release the
                    petitioner from the custody of opposite party no. 7 and 8 in the
                    interest of justice keeping in view of article 21 and 14 of the
                    constitution of India.                                        
                    (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus
                    commanding the opposite parties to ensure security to the petitioner
                    of life, liberty and property and take legal action against opposite
                    party no. 7 and 8 as per law."                                
                The instructions dated 28.11.2024 placed by the learned AGA Sri   
                S.P.Tiwari is taken on record.                                    
                The instructions aforesaid including the letter of alleged detenue
                namely Kewla Devi indicates that she is residing with her nephew- 
                Ram Aadhar S/o Ram Kewal in her maternal house. The relevant      
                portion of the letter annexed with the instructions is extracted  
                hereinunder:-

                    सपर घर पर रह रहन हहह। मपझव लगभग 6 महननप सव रपम आधपर अपनव सपर बवगमगचज
                    गपहव मम इलपज व दवख-रखव कर रहव ह।म म ह अपनन मजर सव बननप वकसन दबपव सव अपनव
                    भतनजव कव सपर वनवपस कर रहन हहह। म ह एक अनपढ औरत हहह। इसरलए म ह अपनन बपत
                    अपनन परतन रपम आधपर कक लडकक अचरनप सव रलखवप कर दव रहन हहह।"     
                Taking note of aforesaid, this Court finds no force in the present
                                    dismissed.                                    
                petition. It is accordingly No order as to costs.
