Sri Arun Kumar, Special Secretary in the Mining Department,
Government of U.P. is present in person. He says that he will
look into the grievance of the petitioner and other similar
grievances of other persons and will try to streamline the
procedures so that unnecessary hassles are not created in filing
or hearing of revisions before him. He says that he has joined
                             recently.
The petitioners' greivance apart from other grievances is that
the revision is now posted for 08.01.2025, however, the
revisionists-petitioners wants to press their application for
interim relief. The Officer says that although he is proceeding
on leave today itself and will return on 02.12.2024 and on that
very date, he will proceed on training and will return on
27.12.2024 but during the period of training he can hear the
revision virtually and pass appropriate orders as per law. We
accept this contention of the Officer and direct him to do so, so
that interim relief application is considered at the earliest say
                             within fifteen days from today.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
