1. The impugned order whereby an application filed by the
petitioner seeking priority for disposal of claim petition has
been rejected on account of strength of Members of Tribunal
being insufficient is now under challenge herein.
2. The matter has already been listed for hearing. We hope and
trust that the learned Tribunal shall make earnest efforts to
decide the proceedings finally at the earliest.
3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
