                             1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.         
                             2. The present petition has been filed with the following
                             prayer:-                                             
                             (i) to direct the Opposite Party no.1 to decide the interim relief
                             application pending in Arb. Appeal No.10/2022, titled as M/S H. Ashirwad
                             and Another Vs. Shivalik Small Finance Bank Limited and others, pending
                             before the Commercial Court, Lucknow, within time bound manner.
                             3. Considering the fact that the appeal has already been decided
                             and fresh orders have been passed which are subject matter of
                             challenge in proceedings under Section 34 of the Arbitration
                             Act, the petition is rendered infructuous, the application
                             pending shall be concluded expeditiously.            
                             4. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of.
