                             (2) This is a Review Application filed under Chapter -V
                             Rule 12 of the High Court Rules, 1952, praying for a
                             review of our order dated 17.05.2024 passed in Writ-C
                                            Ram  Surat Vishwakarma  and others
                             No.4397 of 2023 [

                                                     ]
                             (3) We have gone through the order passed by us where
                             the writ petition was dismissed as not maintainable on the
                             ground that the petitioner's application for recall was
                             pending before the Chief Revenue Officer, Ayodhya.
                             (4) Now Review application has been filed saying that the
                             writ petition was dismissed as not maintainable without
                             noticing the relevant fact that the review-applicant who
                             was arrayed as private Opposite party no.5 had not been
                             heard and no notice was issued to him.
                             (5) The Review Application is misconceived as no error
                             apparent on the face of the record, hence, it is rejected.
