                             1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned 
                             Standing Counsel, Sri S.M. Singh Royekwar, learned   
                             counsel for opposite parties no.3 and 4 and Sri Sudeep
                             Kumar, learned counsel for opposite party no.6.      
                             2. After some  arguments, learned counsel for the    
                             petitioner submits that he  may  be  permitted to    
                             withdraw the present writ petition and pursue the    
                             remedy before the competent Civil Court, where the   
                             civil proceedings are stated to be pending.          
                             3. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn
                            with the aforesaid liberty.                           
                             4. Office is directed to return the certified copies of
                             the documents after retaining the photocopies of the 
                             same on record.
