                             1. Heard Shri Manoj Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the
                             applicant and Shri Gyanendra Singh, learned AGA for the State.
                             2. By means of instant application filed under Section 482
                             Cr.P.C, the applicant has challenged the validity of attachment
                             order/notice dated 21.10.2023 passed by the District Magistrate,
                             Ayodhya. A copy of the impugned attachment/ notice issued
                             under 14 (1) U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities
                             (Prevention) Act, 1986 indicates that it is recorded in the order
                             that the applicant may submit his representation against the
                             attachment order/notice within three months. The applicant has
                             already submitted his representation in response to the notice
                             and a final decision is yet to be taken by District Magistrate.
                             3. Accordingly, when the matter is pending consideration of the
                             District Magistrate, this Court finds no good ground to interfere
                             in the pending proceedings.                          
                             4. The application is disposed of by observing that the District
                             Magistrate, Ayodhya shall pass suitable orders after taking into
                             consideration the pleas taken by the applicant in the
                             representation given by him in response to the notice dated
                             21.10.2023 within a period of two weeks from the date of
                             production of certified copy of this order.
