1. Learned counsel for the applicant states that he may be
permitted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty
to file an appeal under the SC/ST Act.
2. In view of the above, the present application for bail is
dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
3. Certified copy of the bail rejection order shall be returned to
the applicant on his moving an appropriate application.
