                             Heard Shri Yamuna Prasad Yadav, learned counsel for the
                             petitioner and perused the record.                   
                             The present petition has been filed with limited prayer for a
                             direction to the concerned authority/court to decide the
                             Criminal Revision No.244/2010 (Raj Kumar vs. Sanjana Devi),
                             which is pending before the court of learned Additional
                             Principal Judge, Family Court No.II, Pratapgarh, within a
                             stipulated period.                                   
                             In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authority/court is
                             directed to get the aforesaid case concluded with utmost
                             expedition preferably within a period of six months from the
                             date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, without
                             granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties,
                             in case there is no other legal impediment, if not already
                             decided.                                             
                             With the aforesaid observation/direction the petition is disposed
                             of.
