Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the
State-respondents and perused the record.
Learned AGA, on the basis of his instructions, states that the
charge sheet is already prepared and submitted before the
supervisory authority on 27.6.2022 for approval of the same.
In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move
appropriate application raising all their grievances before the
supervisory authority, who shall look into the matter and pass
appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously.
With the aforesaid direction, writ petition is disposed off.
