                             1. Sri Rajeeva Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for opposite party
                             submits that the order passed by the writ court in Service Single
                             No. 1764 of 2021 dated 29.01.2021 has been complied with.
                             2. Whereas, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be
                             given liberty to raise his grievance if any, before the writ court.
                             3. Thus, no contempt is made out. Notices are discharged
                             4. The contempt petition is dismissed.               
                             5. However, it is open to the petitioner that if, he still feels
                             aggrieved with the order, he may approach the appropriate
                             court/forum.
