                             Heard learned  counsel for the petitioner and  Sri   
                             Asheesh   Saxena,    learned   counsel   for  the    
                             respondent/Bank.                                     
                             Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that   
                             she is an old widow of late Gangaram   Yadav who     
                             has  expired  in the  year   2021.   In the  said    
                             background, the petitioner is claiming the amount    
                             deposited   in  her   husband's   Bank   Account     
                             No.10998037463,   State Bank  of  India, Shahganj    
                             Branch, District Unnao, which along with interest,   
                             is approximately forty thousand.                     
                             Sri Asheesh Saxena, learned counsel for the Bank,    
                             on instructions, states that in case the petitioner  
                             approaches  the  Bank  along with  the indemnity     
                             bond and  no objection certificate from other legal  
                             heirs the amount can be  released in favour of the   
                             petitioner.                                          
                             In view thereof, petitioner is permitted to approach 
                             the respondent  no.2/Branch Manager,  State Bank     
                             of India, Shahganj Branch,  District Unnao  along    
                             with the aforesaid required documents.               
                             In case the petitioner approaches the respondent     
                             no.2/Bank, the  respondent no.2/Branch  Manager,     
                             State Bank   of India, Shahganj  Branch,  District   
                             Unnao  shall take required  action in accordance     
                             with law  and   pass  appropriate  reasoned   and    
                             speaking order within a period of three weeks from   
                             the date a certified copy of this order along with   

                             the required documents is placed before him.         
                             With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is  
                             disposed of.
