Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel
appearing on behalf of opposite parties 1 and 2 and Mr. Lalit
Shukla learned counsel for opposite party No.3 whose power
filed today is taken on record.
Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the opposite
parties for payment of arrears of difference in salary along with
interest on account of grant of one special increment on
completion of 19 years continuous satisfactory service and
second promotional pay scale on completion of 24 years of
continuous satisfactory service as admissible vide order dated
30th November, 2021, the benefits of which have not yet been
given. It appears that since orders pertaining to grant of such
benefits have already been granted to petitioner, he is therefore
granted liberty to file a representation before opposite party
No.3 i.e. Managing Director, Pradeshik Cooperative Dairy
Federation Limited, Lucknow. In case petitioner is covered by
the order dated 30th November, 2021 and such benefits have
already been made admissible to him, actual benefit thereof
shall be ensured in accordance with law within a period of six
weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is submitted
before him.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed
of.
