Counsel for Petitioner :- Amitesh Pratap Singh,Abhijeet P.
                             Singh Chauhan,Ashutosh Goswami,Manoj Kumar
                             Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
                             Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J.
Heard Sri Amitesh Pratap Singh learned counsel for the
petitioners and learned Standing counsel who has provided the
written instructions under the signature of Consolidation Officer
                             Ist Barabanki.
As per the instructions, it has been informed that this matter has
a chequered history and though the issue relates to the year
1967 but the fact remains that there has been number of
litigation between the parties and lately the orders were passed
on 18.08.2017, thereafter, the recall application was moved and
the same was allowed on 15.06.2023. In the meantime, an
application for impleadment had also been moved which is now
                             listed on 05.09.2024.
A specific query was put to the learned counsel for the
petitioners as to whether the aforesaid fact have been disclosed
to which he could not dispute.
From the perusal of the petition, it is apparent that all these
facts have been concealed and the correct picture has not been
                             brought before the Court.
In this view of the matter this Court is not inclined to entertain
the petition. The petition is dismissed on the cost of Rs.1500/-
which is to be deposited with the Mediation and Conciliation
Center of the High Court within a week.
