Learned counsel for the applicant at the outset submits that he
does not wish to press the instant bail application and the same
be dismissed with liberty to file an appeal under Section 21(4)
of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008.
Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as
withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
In case if the counsel for the applicant moves an application for
return of the certified copies, the office shall do the needful
within three days.
