                             petitioner no. 2 and thus, the writ petition may be dismissed
                             with respect to the petitioner no. 2 only.           
                             The learned counsel appearing for the State has no objection.
                             In view of the above, the application is allowed.    
                             The writ petition is dismissed regarding petitioner no. 2.
